Love #21 too, Dean + eating = good times, increased exponentially because it's Sam's food xD
As for the coloring, it's really just variations on a theme. I basically just brighten them up with some screens, do a soft light on top, and then mess with color balance until I'm happy.
I embarrass myself on regular basis, it seems *groans*
