As for my coloring... Depends for each different scene/batch/lighting/etc so it would be really hard to say certain numbers on each Photoshop setting, but I always use Curves and then 2 layers of Selective Coloring or Color Balance. Then of course Screen to make things lighter and Soft Light above it all for contrast.
I love the 'animation' in these icons!
