Charlie is totally a stalker, there's just no questions about it. Especially if he hasn't heard from Matt in a while, because there's only so many days that he'll think he's texting wrong and Matt's just not getting them. So Charlie ends up texting Reese to make sure he does it correctly and she really doesn't want to get involved.
