Dean & Castiel
100 words
Prompts: eggplant, manipulated, joy
Dean's entire body, according to the eggplant-colored bruises peeking through his ripped clothing, was battered. Too tired to fight, Dean sat limply on the motel bed as Castiel unbuttoned his shirt and gently manipulated it over Dean's shoulders. He could see in the angel's eyes that it was as bad if not worse than he felt but knew the pain wouldn't last much longer.
Placing a firm hand on Dean's chest, a white-hot light formed at the contact, enveloping them as Castiel healed him. The sensation would've felt like joy if Dean hadn't become too jaded to notice.

Dean/Castiel
100 words
Prompts: vicar, open, ownership
“I am God's vicar,” he explained. “His will is mine.”
“Then how do you explain this,” Dean gestured vaguely. Castiel knew he meant the open want, need, that was hanging so palpably between them.
He didn't know how to explain it – angels weren't supposed to want. “I cannot.”
Castiel bristled when Dean leaned closer, his breath caressing the angel's neck. “You're supposed to follow me. Do you feel it because I do?”
Any answer was quelled by a low groan as Dean kissed and sucked at the exposed skin of the angel's throat, leaving behind his own mark of ownership.
